The room rate includes: Accommodation, bed linen, towels, household linen (bathmat and dishcloth), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access, taxes and fees (except local city tax). Beds made upon arrival at an extra charge. This service must correspond with the number of guests occupying the room. With an extra charge, guests can reserve the exact location of their room by contacting the property by telephone. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If you need an invoice, please note that it will be printed with the name used for the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
