The reception is not open 24 hours a day, also, please inform La Maïoun Guesthouse in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests must contact the property to arrange check-in after 6.30 pm.

- For check ins after 6 pm or if we don't have the guest arrival time, an email and an SMS with self check-in instruction will be sent the day of arrival to email and phone number linked to booking.com account. In case of wrong email or phone number or if guest didn't read the messages, we will not be able to accommodate guests on time and there will be no refund.
