Property information

The whole house has been entirely renovated in respect of the historical buildings while integrating all the comfort of a contemporary villa. The lake at the end of the property is home to all the birdlife of the Camargue, which can easily be observed from the cabin. With its 300m² of living space and 7 bedrooms, the Boumian farmhouse can sleep up to 15 people. On the ground floor: - 4 classic bedrooms between 12 m² and 15 m² each, queen size bedding (160x200 cm). Sharing 2 sanitary spaces. Closet type storage. - 1

Neighbourhood information

On the edge of the Etang des Launes, classified as a Natura 2000 area, with an exceptional view of Les Saintes Maries de la Mer and the Mediterranean. The bohemian atmosphere of the villa immerses you in the Camargue spirit and invites you to relax with your family or friends. The sun rocks the house, its terraces and its swimming pool, from sunrise to sunset, offering a revitalising moment of softness at every hour of the day.
