Indeed, the team is expanding and has two new owners, Mark (English) and Sébastien (Burgundian), who joined the adventure of Les Fermes de Florence in October 2022 by buying the Royal Gala and Demoiselle gîtes. Of course, Florence (the Parisian) is always there and will welcome you with great pleasure to share a coffee. After 20 years of tourist reception, she will devote herself to her passion for ceramics. Who says new team, says new projects! Creation of a permaculture vegetable garden, meditation space in the woods, turnkey stays for your well-being sophrology, yoga...
