Upon booking, the owner is responsible for contacting the guest to explain the next steps.

No payment will be taken via Booking.com; the payment is made directly with the owner upon booking and the remaining balance on the day of arrival.

Linen rental available (€20 per set of sheets and €8 per person for towels) OR can be brought by the guest.

Final cleaning: €80 (OPTIONAL) – to be paid upon arrival and refunded on the day of departure if the guest has fulfilled their COMMITMENT TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY CLEAN.

All arrivals after 8:00 PM must be reported in advance.

A security deposit of €800 (by check, cash, or ID) must be provided upon arrival and will be returned upon departure after inspection.
