For the past ten years or so, we have put all our passion and energy into making Ferme de la Grande Moucherolle a warm place of sharing and relaxing for its guests. The mixture of our two cultures, with on the one side Valérie - Villardienne for 35 years - and on the other André - the traveller from the other cheese nation - will help us accompany you in your discovery of Vercors. We are happy to share our knowledge of the Vercors and its history, as well as the best routes to discover the area by bike or on foot. We would love to welcome you at Ferme de la Grande Moucherolle in French, English, German or Dutch.

Property information

Refinement and comfort in the heart of the Vercors natural parc: Ferme de la Grande Moucherolle welcomes you in a bright and spacious historic building on the edge of the via Vercors cycle route. Comfortable and authentic, our 3 B&B rooms, each equipped with en-suite bathroom, promise you moments of relaxation during a weekend or a longer stay, alone, as a couple, with friends or with your family. Ferme de la Grande Moucherolle also provides you with an open-plan living space with large living/dining room. During the summer, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Vercors mountain range from the deckchairs on the balcony. And in winter you can enjoy cosy evenings by the wood stove. You also benefit from a private playing field equipped with a volleyball net, and a small natural stream. Ferme de la Grande Moucherolle offers private parking for 4 cars, and secure storage for your bicycles, motorcycles etc. It is also possible to rent the entire space as a 4-bedroom holiday home that can accommodate up to 8 people. In this case, the fully equipped kitchen will also be at your disposal. Fellow bicycle lovers are welcome to use our workshop and tools for those last-minute adjustments and repairs.

It is a pleasant 1 km stroll away from the heart of the village of Villard de Lans, with with its many cafes and restaurants, cinema, ice rink and swimming pool....providing you with a large variety of things to do and see. In winter, Ferme de la Grande Moucherolle is perfectly located for easy access to the most popular Alpine and X-country ski resorts of the Vercors.
