My name is Damien, I came to Alsace three years ago for my job which brings me to travel often. I am passionate about design and do-it-yourself, I realize furniture of industrial type. Many of my creations can be found in my apartment (table, shelves, lamps). I would be delighted to welcome you among them and I hope that they will be to your liking. Duplex 3 rooms of 70 m² typical Alsatian. Renovated in 2016 and comfortable. Historic building from the 17th century. Located in hyper-center less than a minute walk from Little Venice and at the foot of the best bars and restaurants of the city. It will also be the ideal starting point for your walks in Colmar. Ideal for stays between lovers or for holidays with family thanks to a capacity of 4 people. You will have the possibility to park at 100m in the car park of the former customs. The apartment consists of a fitted kitchen, a lounge where you will be able to watch a movie near a wood fire, a dining room, a bathroom with rain shower "And shower" revitalizing jet ". The bedroom is upstairs, it is equipped with a bed of 160 x 200 (Queen Size) as well as many storage and a wardrobe. Books are available for rainy days (they are very rare)

The Little Venice of Colmar is with its many charming hotels, restaurants, winstubs, pastries, and shops, one of the best preserved and picturesque medieval sectors of Colmar. Traditional boats are organized on the Lauch, like the gondolas of Venice, between the covered market of Colmar and the old markets.
