公司信息
Madame Duan Zheng Hoenig bought the property in 2016, and set about renovating it and bring back its glory. We are continuing in our efforts to improve the property and the guest experience.
Madame Hoenig was born in China, and is now a British citizen, her husband Leo is also British. Duan cooks a fine Chinese dinner, which can be provided to guests on request. She also organises Chinese tea ceromonies, an ideal introduction to Chinese meditation via tea.
As a result, while the property remains historically French, the Chinese and British influences surface in unexpected corners.

The largest and the most beautiful of all the historic properties in Bellême, parts of the Grand'Maison were built as two separate houses around 1660.
The two properties, under the ownership of the Priory of Saint-Martin-du-Vieux-Bellême were joined together in the year 1782.
Please note that due to the age of the property, some of the rooms do not have a key. The hosts keep a presence for your security and will lock up valuable items if you need.
They were joined together by Rene-Jean de Lavye, who had resided in one house since 1748. At the time, M. de Lavye was an advocate in Parliament, advisor to the King, and Master of the Waters and Forest of Bellême
The two lateral wings at each end of the building were added in the 19th Century.
Today, the building has five guest rooms, for a maximum of 16 guests, while the main rooms allow the staging of events, conferences, exhibitions and weddings.
The gardens date back to the origins of the house, with many very old trees, providing a screen to keep a pleasant and tranquil setting
We have retained many old features and furniture, and also decorated one room as Salle de Chinois, where you may enjoy a genuine Chinese tea ceremony
