Ideal for a couple or a business trip, this newly refurbished studio is located on the first floor (with lift) of a newly renovated building. It features a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with tailored fittings throughout and hand-picked decoration but no air conditioning. The apartment is fully equipped: Wifi, TV, and washer/dryer with all ironing equipment at the underground level. Upon your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions: bed linen, towels and bath products, coffee and tea. Moreover our smart-lock system will allow you an autonomous check-in after 3pm and a key-less stay. As all our apartments are non smoker a breach of this rule will force us to execute a special cleaning in the apartment hence your damage deposit will be debited in full.
