The apartment for rent is located in the agglomeration of Antibes Juan-les-Pins, which is in the heart of the Côte d'Azur - 15 km. from Nice, 30 km. from Monaco, 10 km. from the center of Cannes. The location is convenient both for visiting the whole region and for enjoying the wonderful beaches of Antibes Juan-les-Pins and the sights in the city itself - the port, the fortress, the old town of Antibes ( Vieille ville d'Antibes) with its picturesque medieval streets and the Picasso Museum (Musée Picasso). The region where the vacation rental apartment is located is the most interesting and attractive. Agglomeration Antibes Juan-les-Pins, which is in the heart of the Côte d'Azur-15 km. from Nice, 30 km. from Monaco, 10 km. from the center of Cannes. With well-organised transport on the Cote d'Azur, its location allows easy access to all the sights. The apartment has a spacious, bright living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a modern bathroom with a toilet, a comfortable terrace with two corners for rest and food. You have everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay from the basic air conditioning and wireless internet, to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hotplates, microwave oven, coffee machine, fast heating kettle, toaster, washing machine located in the bathroom, smart TV in the living room. The two rooms are open to the terrace and are equipped with blinds for sound and heat insulation and for greater security. The bedroom is furnished with a standard double bed 140 cm by 200 cm and the second bed is a sofa bed located in the living room. In the bathroom you can use a shower, a sink with a mirror, a toilet and a washing machine. We have also provided a hair dryer. You also have two dining areas - in the living room and outside on the terrace. The beautiful weather of the Cote d'Azur allows for year-round use of the exterior parts of the apartment. With its compact size, the apartment is perfect for two guests or a couple with one or two children. There are 4 sleeping places and guests are free to decide for themselves what comfort they are looking for. If you decide to explore the South of France by car, there is free parking on the street in front of and around the accommodation. In the winter season in Antibes you can find a place to leave your car more easily, and during the summer with a little more luck. You can also find closed, paid parking lots. We haven't had any problem with security.

Côte d'Azur is one of the most famous places in France with its 300 days of sunshine a year, thanks to the mistral wind that clears up the sky to infinite azure blue. But it is not the only thing which attract people to come here. Your vacance on Côte d'Azur will be full of beautiful places, delicious food, breathtaking views, scenic walks, glamorous events and many other possibilities. What do you prefer: luxury or simplicity, the high mountains or the open sea, the silence or the city noise, the calmness or the dynamic of the social life in Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Tropez... Everybody will find his place in this beautiful, sunny place in France. The apartment is very well located. Antibes Juan-les-pins is in the middle of Côte d'Azur. The public transport is very well organised. The most confortable transport on Côte D'Azur is the railway one. The train station Juan-les-Pins is just in 5 min. walk from the flat. By train you can reach Cannes in 7 min., Nice for 25 min., Monaco 40 min., also Italy - for one hour. The urban bus stop is just in front of the building. But the best news are that you don't need them to go to ones of the best beaches on the Côte d'Azur. Antibes Juan-les-pins has lovely sandy beaches with picturesque views - on the one hand with the Alpes and the beautiful sunrises and on the other hand - with beautiful bay of Cannes, with its islands and the lovely Esterel maintain and unforgettable sunsets. The apartment is very good located and you can be at the beach only for 5 min walk. For less then 5 minutes is the city center in the part of Juan-les-pins with all the nice shops and french restaurants. The famous old town of Antibes, with its ramparts, the huge marina, the Fort Carré, the Picasso Museum, the small medieval streets are just a 1 km away. I can not miss my favorite walking tour at Cap D'Antibes. It is around 10 km and you can enjoy of the french gastronomy just in the middle of the itinerary.
