Apartments du Louvre is located in the very heart of Paris with 16 serviced apartments located in two building just across the street from each other. The ground floor of our building at 45 rue de l'Arbre Sec features a reception opened Monday-Saturday 10AM-6PM, as well as a shop dedicated to Pop up rentals.
10 Apartments are make up the entire building at 45 rue de l'Arbre Sec and 6 apartments make up the building at 44 rue de l'Arbre Sec.

The Louvre neighborhood offers the best of Paris. Apartments du Louvre is VERY conveniently located on a quiet 1-way street just a 2 minute walk to the Louvre Museum. It's close to many of Paris' major monuments and Museums including The Pompidou center of Modern Art, Bourse de
Commerce, Le Marais neighborhood, Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Musee d'Orsay, the Seine River... The Eiffel tower is a quick 20 minute Metro ride away.
The closest metro stop (Louvre Rivoli on line 1) is a one minute walk away from us. The major transport hub, Chatelet - Les - Halles (direct lines to airports, train stations, Disneyland), a 5 minute walk.
Around the corner is rue de Rivoli with many shops including the newly renovated luxury superstore La Samaritaine just across the street!
Our neighborhood features an array of great restaurants: Bistrots that serve classic dishes, trendy new restaurant and Michelin starred gems. There also are many options for take away, children friendly food and lots of different international cuisine restaurants. We are also close to amazing bakeries, cheesemongers, wineshops etc... Everything you need to live like a Parisian!
