Located in picturesque Oderen, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and the shared pool from your own terrace. - Access to a shared swimming pool (May 1st - August 31st) - Complimentary onsite parking - Generous outdoor area with barbecue and terrace. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 40 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 9 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Additional information : - Cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of the stay, or can be arranged for 40 euros. - Bed linen can be rented at 9 euros per person. - Towels can be rented at 5 euros per person. - A tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night will be charged upon arrival. - No smoking inside, pets or parties allowed.
