Cocoonr B&P Agency offers Located on the second floor of a house with independent access, L'Abri du Bon Vent can comfortably accommodate 2 travellers thanks to its sofa bed in the living room and its charming bedroom with queen-size bed. You can also take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Just 400 metres from the beaches and 3 kilometres from the centre of Cancale, everything you need for a pleasant stay is here. Wifi, private parking at the foot of the flat. Sheets and towels included. The accommodation : Located in a residential house, accessible by a private driveway, the 50 m² apartment is as follows : - Living room fitted out with a double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, TV - Equipped kitchenette : dishwasher, oven, fridge, hotplates, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery, washing machine - Dining area with a dining table - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) - Shower room with shower, washbasin and WC - Balcony of 15 m² exposed East, fitted out with a table and 4 chairs, ideal to enjoy your summer evenings
