Welcome to my flat, central but very quiet. It is located in the third floor of an ancient building, with high ceilings, parquet and terrazzo floors, fireplace (non-functional). There is no lift and you have to go up the stairs.. From the small balcony you have a terrific view on the mountains and the famous "Bastille". The kitchen is completely equipped and sufficient to cook for 4 and eat together. The flat is suitable for short trips but also for longer stays. There is a washing machine and a lot of space for your things. For sleeping there is a generous and stable loft bed with a 140cm mattress with memory foam pad (>1m distance between mattress and ceiling). The living room has a sofa that can be converted into two single beds. Television and Wi-Fi are of course available. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned after each stay and is very clean. On your arrival the beds are made. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, tea towels, dishwashing liquid, etc. are included in the price. In the kitchen you will find basics such as coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar

The apartment is located in close proximity to the train station and two tram stations - ideal if you arrive by train or plane. If you want to come by car, the car park Alsace-Berriat offers directly opposite. On demand I propose a free parking in the neighborhood.. The city center (Hypercentre) is easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. Or by tram, in 5 minutes. Nearby are restaurants, shops and weekly markets. Especially recommended is the daily market "Estacade", with fruits and vegetables, wonderful cheese, and regional products. In addition to food, the market on Place St Bruno also offers clothing, jewelery and bric-a-brac Grenoble is the only French city with green mayor and city council - a paradise for pedestrians and cyclists.
