This cottage of 64 m² classified 3 stars, was built in 2013 and renovated in 2018 by the owners Véronique and Pascal. This detached house consists of: 2 bedrooms upstairs (7 m² and 13 m²), 1 kitchen/ dining room/ living room (30 m²), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet on the ground floor, 1 private SPA for 4 persons, 1 charcoal barbecue, 1 table and 4 wrought iron chairs, 2 deckchairs in the garden of 28 m². Reversible air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival and we do the cleaning after your departure, however we will ask you to store any furniture moved, empty the garbage cans, wash and store the dishes. Otherwise, 50 euros could be deducted from your deposit. End of stay cleaning (30 euros/stay) and tourist tax (1 euro/day/adult) are not included. The maximum capacity is 4 people (children and baby included). Animals up to 15 kg are accepted on request.
