Patonkila – Stylish & Modern Cabin in Peaceful Ylläsjärvi Welcome to Patonkila, a stylish and modern log cabin completed in autumn 2025. Located in a peaceful part of Ylläsjärvi, it offers true privacy—no neighbors visible from the windows, no foot traffic past the cabin, and beautiful views of the surrounding pine forest and open wetlands beyond. This 44 m² holiday home is ideal for 2 guests and features a comfortable bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room. The open-plan layout includes a living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, OLED TV, and a clean bathroom with shower and toilet. The wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere in the winter, and the Lapland-inspired decor, including a ceiling made from local timber, adds unique charm to the space.

We are French / Finnish couple with three children. We live near by the cabin, and we both work for tourism. Patonkila is located in a quiet and sparsely built area of Ylläsjärvi, surrounded by forest and nature. Although there are a few neighboring cabins—one about 10 meters away and another 30 meters away—they are not visible from the windows, and no one passes by the cabin, ensuring complete privacy for guests. The cabin backs onto peaceful pine and birch forest, with open swamp views beyond.
