Area: 84 m2 Bedroom connected to the living room + loft Number of guests: 2+3 The lake and slope views from the highest point of Ukkohalla are truly spectacular. The Ukonpuoti apartment sits on top of the hill in its own peaceful setting, yet still close to the area’s services and ski slopes. The apartment has been created by combining two separate units into one spacious and functional home. The living room and kitchen share the same open space, with the kitchen slightly elevated, giving the interior a pleasant sense of layering and openness. The apartment accommodates five guests. Three single 80 cm beds are located on the open loft and two side-by-side 80 cm beds are placed in the sleeping area connected to the living room. The exceptionally high ceilings add brightness and a sense of airiness to the space. Please note that only one of the loft levels is suitable for sleeping, and the stairs leading up to the loft are steep. The apartment has two separate toilets, as well as a shower room and a sauna, perfect for unwinding after an active day outdoors. There are also two separate entrances to the spacious balcony, which was combined and fully renovated in summer 2024. The balcony is an excellent spot to enjoy the views. Additional amenities include a drying cabinet, and a washing machine. A large parking area is located right in front of the building, and the apartment has two car heating posts. The post can also be used for slow charging of electric or hybrid cars. In the courtyard, guests can enjoy a shared kota hut—a cozy place to spend an evening by the fire as the day fades.
