Kaupinmaja is cosy and atmospheric log cabin with a wonderful landscape. Cabin has been extensively renovated in the summer of 2023. Cabin is located at the foot of Kuertunturi on the shore of Lake Pikku-Kaupinjärvi, next to the services of the village of Äkäslompolo. The proximity of nature and services make spending a vacation relaxing. The large window of the living room opens up to enchanting fell and lake views. The same scenery can also be admired directly from the decks of the newly renovated sauna. When the conditions are right, the northern lights appear to dance over the fells, which you can admire directly from the cabin window or from the cabin's yard. From the trail that starts at the end of Pikku-Kaupinjärvi, you can get directly to the best cross-country ski trails in Finland. In addition, after about 1 km, the trail connects to a lighted trail. From the cabin, you can also go directly to Kuertunturi's conquest tour. In Ylläs, you can also find more amazing mountain bike routes to ride in both summer and winter. The store is a so-called Loft-style, i.e. all rooms excluding the bathroom and sauna are one and the same space. The cottage has a double bed and a fold-out corner sofa bed as an extra bed. Kaupinmaja is ideal for two adults.

Final cleaning and bed linen set are included into prices. One bed linen set includes bottom sheet, duvet cover, pillow case and 1xlarge and 1xsmall towel. Amount of bed linen sets will be available based on informed occupancy in the reservation.
