The house is located on the area of old Rantahakala farm in the middle of apple trees and on the beach of Päijänne. The magnificent lake view opens from the terrace and from the living room windows. The house has a own beach with a pier and a rowing boat. Large terrace with a stunning lake views. The yard you will find garage for your car, wood storage room and garden. Villa Himpula has new modern bathroom and sauna facilities and a varied kitchen. Two bedrooms and the spacious living room with plenty of space to stay, play and relax. With additional cost you can use relaxing hot tub on the terrace or rent kayak, sup-boards, linen, mountain bikes or separate beach sauna. The Hattapukki is part of the traditional Rantahakala farm, whose history is rooted far into the past. PLACES TO VISIT: - Päijätsalo (trail, tower) - Kammiovuori (trail) - Päijänne (fishing, paddling, rowing) - Tainiovirta (river, fishing, paddling) ACTIVITIES: - On the beach you can swim and dip your toes to water. - In winter the hole in the ice is open for extreme swimmers. It will really blow your mind. - Fishing is always fun. There are a lot of fish in Päijänne. (note: Compulsory National Fisheries Management Fee) - A rowing boat is available free of charge for Villa Himpula guests.
