The Villa has a terrace along the tower's eastern, northern and western side of the door directly out from the kitchen. There is also paved patio area along the building's south wall. Teak outdoor furniture makes the outdoor living more relaxing. The Towervilla have 20 solar panels on the roof that makes the Villa more eco friendly! Tower villa have a EV charger for electric cars.
