We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the information provided is false or incorrect. MINORS: Children under the age of 18 are not accepted DAMAGE: If any guest causes damage, we reserve the right to charge you the total amount of the expenses corresponding to the damages caused. ACCESS AND USE OF BEDS: It is not allowed to share a single bed with other people, nor to bring to the hostel people who do not have a reservation. SMOKING AREAS: Smoking is not allowed inside the hostel or the rooms. You can only smoke on the roof, as long as it does not disturb other guests. PETS: Although we love animals, we do not accept pets to facilitate rest and coexistence. RIGHT OF ADMISSION: We reserve the right to evict any guest who does not respect the rules of coexistence, without having to refund.

We’re in a quiet residential area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, yet only five minutes on foot from the city’s main leisure and entertainment spots. It’s the ideal place to relax, being away from the hustle and bustle of the liveliest streets, while still staying well-connected and surrounded by several points of interest.
