Please note that, the hotel reserves the right to change the buffet for an alternative meal service, consisting of: starter, main course and dessert, to be chosen by the guest, from a selection offered by the chef. The guest has the possibility to repeat, if wanted, in replacement of the buffet.

The hotel does not have children's entertainment service.

The hotel, by regulations of the Valencian Community, is not obliged to deliver the rooms before 4:00 p.m.

Please note that for the MP rate plan the first service is dinner and if you want to change to lunch it must always be with a minimum prior notice of 24 hours to the reception.

Please note, photographs or photocopies of identity documents will not be accepted for guest registration under any circumstances. Only Spanish nationals are eligible for a DNI or driver's license. Only European Community member countries require an identity card or passport. For non-European Community member countries, only a passport will be accepted.

On December 25th, 2025, a special Christmas meal is included in the MP and PC rates.

On December 31st, 2025, a New Year’s Eve meal is included in the MP and PC rates.
