This cozy house with a partial sea view is just 900 meters from the beach and 700 meters from Torreblanca train station, with a direct connection to Málaga and the airport (26 km). Enjoy your own paradise with a private pool 🏊‍♂️ One of the greatest charms of this property is the private pool — perfect for cooling off on sunny days, relaxing in total privacy, or enjoying unforgettable moments with family or friends. Unlike shared pools, here you will have exclusive access during your entire stay, with no schedules or crowds. The pool has areas of different depths, making it suitable for both adults and teenagers. It is directly connected to the inner patio, offering a comfortable, safe, and very special space to enjoy the outdoors. Come and experience a holiday with complete freedom, privacy, and comfort! Layout: Ground floor: Master bedroom with king-size bed (2×2 m) and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with a double bed (150×190 cm). Third bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the pool patio. All bedrooms have large wardrobes. Full bathroom with bathtub. Laundry area (I always provide detergent tablets for guests). Patio: private pool, several sun loungers with two side tables, barbecue, dining table with umbrella and six chairs, large sofa with two armchairs and a coffee table. Upper floor (main entrance level): Entrance patio with a table and two chairs. Hallway. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Spacious living-dining room with three sofas, dining table, and access to a balcony with a table and chairs — perfect for breakfast with a sea view. From the balcony, you can go down directly to the private pool area. Amenities: Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, TV, bed linen, towels — everything is prepared to make your stay perfect.

Our neighborhood, although within walking distance to the sea, shops, and restaurants, is very quiet. It consists of private homes owned by local residents. Just a few blocks away, about a 5-minute walk, there is a supermarket. Right in front of our house, there is a bus stop and a taxi stand. A few blocks away, there is also a train station that can take you to the center of our town, downtown Málaga, the airport, the Plaza Mayor shopping center, and other destinations.
