The Rodo Arenal apartment has been recently refurbished and it situated in a listed building that dates back to the begining of the 20th century. This apartment is located in the old town in an area known as "El Arenal", a short stroll from the Cathedral, the Archivo de Indias (the Archives), El Alcázar (the Royal Palace), the Bullring, the Maestranza Theatre, the Golden Tower and beside the Guadalquivir river and in front of Triana.The apartment is 65m2 with a lot of natural light as all rooms are exterior and some have small balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, micorwave, vitroceramic, fridge, coffe maker and kettle), and the main bathroom is a good size (shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin). There are 2 bedrooms both with wardrobes, the main bedroom has a double bed (150 cm) and the other bedroom has twin beds. The sitting room is large and is tastefully decorated, it has a good sized sofa/chaise long, plasma TV and dining area. The Rodo Arenal Apartment is ideally situated in the middle of the old town, the surrounding area is quiet and welcoming but at the same time quite vibrant with many bars, restaurants and shops.

During Holy Week (Easter) several processions pass through this neighbourhood sucha as La Carretería, El Baratillo and Las Aguas. The Maestranza Theatre is 170 m from the apartment, the Cathedral, Royal Palace and the Archives are a short stroll away, 350m, the Hospital de la Caridad even closer, 150m and the Torre de Oro a 5 minute walk. The Barrio Santa Cruz is also a short walk away and just beyond is the park Jardines de Murillo, the old Tabacco Factory and then the wonderful Parque MªLuisa with the spectacular Plaza de España. Triana is just across the bridge and to the right when you leave the apartment if you walk for about 10 minutes you can visit the Museum of Fine Arts. Some churches you should try and visit are La Magdalena, the Gran Poder Basilica and El Divino Salvador. Access to the apartment in easy, taxis can you at your door. There are bus stops 2 minutes away that serve local buses as well as the airport bus. There are bicycle lanes should you choose to visit the city by bike and the metro station is also close by.
