Property information

Reliebe 44 is a newly opened accommodation of comfortable and modern apartments in a key location within the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. At Reliebe 44 you will feel comfortable, whether you come for leisure or need a place to work and stay connected. The establishment was inaugurated in July 2024, it counts with 17 apartments, studios, one and two bedroom apartments. The apartments are equipped with all the necessary elements to make your stay a "home-like" experience. You can also experience the Reliebe community, with our common areas aimed at the enjoyment of our residents: work rooms, offices, gym, office and a multipurpose room. We also have storage for bicycles, scooters and even surfboards. Reliebe44 is a vacation rental, so there's no physical reception and the entire check-in process is automated. Access to the accommodation is via a code/digital key (app). If this is inconvenient, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Enjoy the privileged environment next to Las Canteras beach and everything the city has to offer you. We are a few minutes walk from shopping areas, museums, and next to the Santa Catalina bus interchange, from which there are connections that take you to any corner of the island.

Neighbourhood information

We are in a privileged location, surrounded by the sea, on one side the Muelle de Luz and on the other the urban beach of Las Canteras. The leisure and restaurant offering in the area is countless, a few steps from the Elder Museum of Science and Technology and the Poema del Mar aquarium. A few steps walking from the accommodation, in Santa Catalina Park, there are bus stops that connect the city. In a few minutes you can visit Triana and Vegueta neighborhoods, full of tradition and history. You can also travel by bus to many of the other places of interest on the island, such as the south and see the dunes of Maspalomas or go to the center of the island and enjoy a hiking route in a unique environment.
