This design hotel is situated next to Tres Cantos Train Station, just 600 metres from Madrid Technology Park. Exe Tres Cantos offers service of parking, a gym and soundproofed rooms with free Wi-Fi. The parking service is free only from Friday to Sunday. The Rooms at Exe Tres Cantos have elegant modern décor and smart wooden floors. Each air-conditioned room includes a safe, a minibar and a stylish bathroom. The Exe Tres Cantos restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine and has a varied wine list. Light meals and a daily set menu are available in the snack bar. Located just off the N-607 Motorway, the hotel is a 10-minute drive from Madrid Autonoma University. Central Madrid is a 25-minute drive or a 15-minute train ride away.
