The Parque Tropical is a smart and well-located apartment complex, set in the heart of Puerto del Carmen on the island of Lanzarote, and is ideal for a fun-filled holiday in the Canarian sunshine. Spend the day soaking up the sunshine on a sun lounger by the on-site swimming pool. Go for a swim to keep cool, or do a little light exercise. Surrounded by subtropical gardens, with a great variety of plants and a cascade, this is a very attractive complex, and the perfect place to spend a relaxing day. Ideally located close to the beach, you can stroll down to La Avenida de las Playas, just 250 metres from the Parque Tropical apartments, or venture further afield to the Biosfera shopping centre. Each of the apartments at the Parque Tropical comes with a living room where you can relax, and a kitchen to prepare your own meals with all the family.

Parque Tropical is a small complex of 80 apartments that has been under the same management since 1995. Situated in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen, it is used mainly by couples and families, who want to be in the heart of things but at the same time, would like to relax in the calm, soothing atmosphere of this friendly resort. Our aim is to ensure that our guest have a wonderful holiday and return to us in the future and that our returning guest looks on Parque Tropical as a home away from home.
