The 30 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 3 people. This property offers access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from May 1 to October 31), a garden, as well as an on-site bar and tavern. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street, and a parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed. Smoking, using illegal substances, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise after 11 pm). Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. Breakfast can be provided upon request (for a fee). In autumn, guests of the property can pick olives and make oil directly on site.
