Modern 2 bedroom duplex townhouse decorated with elegant and avant-garde details, fully equipped to enjoy a unique experience. Distributed over 2 floors and the garage area. From the upper floor you will enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and La Gomera. Terrace with gas barbecue and hammocks. Private parking on the ground floor of the house and laundry area. SmartTV, fibre internet and air conditioning (all included in the price). It has 2 bathrooms with bathtub and 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen and 3 terraces. Includes a sofa bed in the living room. Includes the use of the communal swimming pool for adults and children's pool with solarium and sunbeds. We include a premium welcome pack and a personalised check-in and check-out service, as well as exclusive attention during your stay at the property, providing all the information and recommendations necessary for a unique and luxurious experience in Tenerife.

The property is located in the residential area of Playa Negra II, close to beach areas (Playa de la Arena and Playa de los Guíos).
