Fantastic penthouse with panoramic views in the heart of Madrid.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a spectacular 250m2 private rooftop terrace. The total capacity is 10 people.
The living room has a dinning table, 1 sofa bed and TV. Guests can prepare their meals in the kitchen, that has dishwasher and washing machine.
The rooftop terrace is part of the apartment and for private use. It includes a coal/firewood BBQ, dinning area, deck chairs and relaxing area.
Only 300 metres from Puerta del Sol, situated between Gran Via and Calle Alcalá.
