If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, which is from 10:00 to 22:00, it is essential to inform the reception in advance. Please note that check-in after 22:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 20 and must be done with advance notice before arrival. In case of not notifying and arriving later than said time, the property is not responsible and the reservation will be considered as a no show (no show; see conditions on the platform). To do this, you can use the special requests section of the reservation form or contact the accommodation. Contact details are on the booking confirmation. We remind our guests that from 2:00 to 8:00 in the morning there is no reception.
