3) 학회가 있었던 IFEMA와 걸어서 20~30분 거리에 있는 조용한 부촌에 위치(가는 길이 일반적이지 않은 점, 한참 공사중이라 먼지가 많이 날린 점은 아쉽지만, 공사가 끝나면 다닐만한 길)”
