This apartment, which will captivate you from the moment you enter, consists of two bedrooms for four people (one double bed and two single beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a bathroom. You have Wi-Fi and a television. There is an air conditioner in the living room, close to the bedrooms. You can enjoy two private terraces overlooking the golf course, including a panoramic one perfect for watching sunsets. You also have access to a large communal pool and a garden. Two tennis/padel courts and a pickleball court are available (court reservation and equipment at the golf reception, available for an extra fee). A private parking space is included. The accommodation is located in Menorca, in the sought-after residential area of Son Parc (northeast), where the island's only golf course is found (tee no. 1 is three minutes on foot) and the beautiful Arenal de Son Saura beach (1.5 km), with crystal-clear shallow waters and white sand. On the way to the beach, you will find various shops: pharmacy, mini-market, boutiques, bars, pubs, and restaurants, including one directly on the beach. Son Parc is served by the local bus line. Nearby, you can discover other beaches such as Cala Pudent, Arenal d'en Castell, as well as Cavalleria and Pregonda, known for their golden sand and red earth. Just 15 minutes away, you will find Es Mercadal, a popular village dominated by Mount Toro, and the fishing village of Fornells, which offers catamaran excursions, kayak and boat rentals (with or without a license), a diving center, a sailing school, windsurfing, and many restaurants. In the evening, you can enjoy the view of pleasure boats in the harbor.
