Set in a 3000 metres exotic palm garden, Apartamentos El Palmeral de Madaria offers 12 bright apartments, each with a terrace. The property boasts an outdoor pool with hydromassage (open all year) heated Jacuzzi (open November to March), gym and sauna. The beaches of Albufereta are just a 5-minute drive from the apartments. Decorated with modern furniture and bold colours, each air-conditioned apartment includes a terrace, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette comes with a washing machine and a dishwasher. El Palmeral’s large lounge opens onto a terrace with wonderful views. There is also a pine forest with a children’s play area and barbecue facilities. A hot tub can be found in the garden from November to March. Apartamentos El Palmeral de Madaria is located 8 minutes' drive from the centre of Alicante. Alicante Airport is around 12 km away. There are 2 bus lines connecting to downtown within 5 minutes walking distance.There are a couple of supermarkets and a wide choice of restaurants within 5 minutes walk Private parking is offered on site. Free parking is also available in the area.

I am Carlos (Guest Care). I will welcome you and make you have a nice stay at El Palmeral de Madaria. It seems our guests are happy with our job so far, here are some reviews: "Carlos the host was very helpful. We are a familly business so you will also meet Pablo (my brother in law), the manager and Enrique (my father in law), the creator of this amazing place, he has been growing palms for almost 35 years and he will be pleased to tell you the story of every single palm (there are more than 60) in the garden. We all provide a personal touch to El Palmeral de Madaria, this touch will make your stay unique.

El Palmeral de Madaria is a compound of 13 illuminated apartments with outdoor terrace. You can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a breathtaking palm garden with more than 60 palm species. , a hot tub in the palm garden, a gym with a finnish sauna, a BBQ under the pine trees and a wooden house on the trees and a jumping tram for the kids. You can relax, go for a drink or some eating at our 200m rooftop terrace over the palm garden.

We are located in a quite peaceful and green area excellent connected to the city centre (bus stop just 400m away). There is a big supermarket (Alcampo) just 500m away. This supermarket is surrounded by a wide range of trendy decoration stores such as Casa, Jysk and Maison du Monde. There are many restaurants nearby: a delicious German sausage stand next to Media Markt , a nice Argentinian restaurant (Ombú) 7min walk away, a nice Paella restaurant (El Sorell) next to Ombú and El Fado, a portuguese restaurant cooking fish and meat on the grill. You will also find a couple of convenient fast food (Mcdonlad's and Burguer King) just 400m away. Gran Vía shopping mall is just 10 min walk from our place with a wide range of shops and restaurants. There is a taxi rank just opposite the main gate. You will find a wide choice of restaurants and bars in Avenida Pintor Xavier Soler (just in front of Gran Vía).
