This is a typical Minorcan semi-detached house full of character. Nestled in a small hamlet perched above the sea, with private access to one of the island’s most beautiful beaches, the home is ideally located among a cluster of whitewashed hillside houses, within walking distance of restaurants and small shops. You will have full access to the entire property. The space is arranged as follows: • Panoramic sea views from the living room, dining area, terrace, and two of the three bedrooms. • A large sea-view terrace, partially covered and furnished as an outdoor lounge with a sofa, armchairs, and a dining table. There’s also a barbecue, foosball table, and a double sun lounger — perfect for relaxing while gazing at the horizon. • A bright, air-conditioned living room with sofas (including a sofa bed 140x200), TV, and a large picture window. • A dining area open to the sea. • A fully equipped kitchen. • Three air-conditioned bedrooms: –> Bedroom 1: 180x200 double bed with en-suite bathroom and sea view –> Bedroom 2: two 90x200 single beds, sea view –> Bedroom 3: two 90x200 single beds, garden view • Two bathrooms The house has been carefully decorated in a natural Mediterranean style, blending wood, natural fibers, and soft tones for a warm and calming atmosphere.
