Lorea and Rafa welcome you to El Collado, a beautiful house on the mountainside in Cullera.
The house has five guest bedrooms, three of which on the ground floor share 2 bathrooms and the two bedrooms on the upper floor share 2 bathrooms.

There is a large kitchen on the ground floor with an open plan dining and seating area. Upstairs there is a large living room and a conservatory,
There is a potential maximum total number of eleven guests at any one time.
The house is very private and quiet and has excellent outdoor facilities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi and covered sports area. The property has more than 10,000m2 of gardens and orchards.

There is free parking at the house during your stay.
We are 1.5 km from the beach in one direction and 1.5km from the train station, cinema and supermarkets in the other direction.
There is a dedicated bicycle and walking path from the house to the beach and we can help you arrange bicycle hire in Cullera. From the train station there are regular buses into the town and other beaches.
The house is located right on the border with the Albufera, a protected area of nature and wetlands between Cullera and Valencia. The main attraction is the large freshwater lake of more than 2,800 hectares, the largest in Spain, which gives its name to the park : l'Albufera. Birds of up to 300 different species take refuge here throughout the year, especially waterfowl that spend the winter here, such as flamingos. In fact, L'Albufera is recognized as one of the Ramsar wetlands of international importance, and since 1994, as a special protection area for birds (ZEPA). The house has views of the La Bassa de Sant Llorenç and the Mediterranean Sea.
