Cosy flat 15 minutes from Bilbao and 5 minutes from the airport. Very well connected with all types of transport. Located in the quiet village of Derio, its privileged location close to the main business points in the area of Bizkaia, it is also a very good option to spend the night next to the airport, as it is a step away and move to Bilbao or the Basque coast: Bakio, Bermeo and other villages to discover it, has a large terrace and parking space (2,20x4,40).

- Self check-in from 5pm to 9pm, can be in person (subject to availability and upon request)

- Sending of a link for hotel registration required by law, where ID or passport details of all guests must be entered.

Additional charges:

- Late check-in: arrivals after 9pm, €30 surcharge regardless of whether the arrival is in person or self-check-in.

- Early check-in: arrivals before 5pm, €20 surcharge (subject to availability and upon request)

- Late check-out: departures after 11am, €20 surcharge (subject to availability and upon request)

**In-person check-in: Staff wait up to 30 minutes; after that, additional charges will apply if other assistance is required.

Lockers:

- Available for early arrival or storage of belongings. A discount voucher is offered after booking.

Responsibility for belongings:

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any loss.

Loss of keys:

- €100 charge for each set of keys lost.

Departure time:

- Delays without prior notice have a €50 charge for each hour, charged through the booking platform.

- Arrival at the apartment is autonomous, although it can be in person if you prefer -from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (subject to availability)-.

- If 24 hours before entering the accommodation, arrival information is not available, access to the accommodation is not guaranteed upon arrival.

- All communication will be carried out strictly on the platform or on a WhatsApp number that will be provided to you once the reservation is made.

- You will be sent a link to complete hotel registration, required by law.

*Failure to complete this registration may mean that you will not be allowed entry to the accommodation without the right to any refund.

- The day before your arrival we will contact you to send you the access for self-check-in or the time for your in-person check-in.

*If your arrival is after 9:00 p.m., a supplement of 30 euros will apply.

- You can use the early check-in and late check-out service, subject to availability and a supplement of 20 euros will be charged for them. If this service is available, it will be confirmed 24 hours before check-in/check-out.
