Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival, and it must match the ID/Passport name. If for some reason the original credit card cannot be presented, then an alternative credit card must be used to pay for the reservation and the original credit card will be refunded.

The pool will be closed for renovation works from the 21st April to the 12th May 2025 (inclusive). Please note there will be some noise disturbance during the daytime.
