I am happy you are considering staying at my home. I am trying to set up a comfortable and exclusive space for guests with the intention to provide satisfying privacy with the advantages of a real home, all this in a privileged neighborhood in a charming coastal basque town and just 20 min to Bilbao by subway. The closest station is only 3 minute walk from my home. I am a passionate traveller and truly enjoy having people from all cultures staying here. I have a career in Education and I am currently taking a sabbatical break from my teaching. I love a good conversation, good healthy food and always a laugh! If you like to be close to the beach, go for a walk in La Galea, visit el Puerto Viejo de Algorta until el Puente de Bizkaia, and still be only 2 min walking from the metro station (in Bilbao in 20 minutes!) we invite you to visit us. The tranquility of the area, easy parking, spacious rooms with 180 and 160 cm beds with splendid windows and practical living room will allow you to rest and enjoy to the fullest. And a fundamental part is the breakfast that we prepare every morning to your liking!

Out of respect for my neighbors, this accommodation is not a tourist apartment. What we offer is really unusual in this area, perhaps even unique in Getxo. Although we may not see each other much, we can come and use our living room or kitchen from time to time. We always do our best not to interfere with your stay and try to be more of a support than a nuisance. The use of the kitchen is based on using it responsibly and like in the mountains, leaving it as you found it... Any questions or clarifications do not hesitate to contact us. The exclusive and completely private areas for guests are the two bedrooms, the living room and the bathroom inside the master bedroom. There are two private rooms exclusive for the host and the kitchen is a common space, in which there is a Delonghi super automatic coffee maker and a wide variety of infusions, in addition to the rest of the common kitchen utensils, including a washer and dryer. For the exclusive use of the guests are the bedroom with the integrated bathroom and the living room. The kitchen is shared, and during the stay, the owners can be in their own area of the apartment. The tv includes HBO, Disney, Movistar and international channels by iptv. All rooms have large soundproof windows as well as curtains and blinds. We try to provide everything you may need during your stay, including a convenient garage space. In short, Casa Carlini offers accommodation in an exclusive area of Getxo, spacious and well-equipped rooms, free parking, a newly renovated bathroom with a rain shower and care and attention to detail, and finally a daily breakfast prepared with great dedication!

This neighborhood is one of the best in Getxo for its location and Getxo itself is ranked 8th in the country for quality of life. Spectacular beaches, magnificent walks, dream landscapes, monuments, dozens of parks, quality public services, and good public communication. It is very close to the Molino the Aixerrota, a very nice walk that goes along the coast with spectacular views of the sea cliffs. I can assure you you will love the neighborhood! There are nice cafeterias enjoy the sea view. People come here from other places to enjoy these pleasures you have right at your front door. And just a bit farther there are some of the best surfing beaches in Europe. From my home you can pick at least among 8 beaches you can go to! I can help you with that, no problem!! There are many surfing courses offered all year long. In the garage you can take a beach chair and sun umbrella with you and I also have beach towels for you to use. You can even borrow a bluetooth speaker with you! any any questions just ask me... There are many day excursions such as San Sebastian, Santander, Gaztelugatxe, la Rioja, Pamplona...and many others not so well known waiting to be discovered!
