The villa is located in the outskirts of a small beach town. Just recently the seafront of the town has been remodeled to a beautiful pedestrian walk with a variety of cafes and shops. The house is in a private neighborhood, away from the main road and traffic noise, where you can hear the birds singing in the morning. The north-east coast`s most beautiful beaches like Cala Nova and Cala LLenya are within walking distance. Also, the town center, with its bars and restaurants, is only a short walk away. It is not in the area of the hedonistic pulsating nightlife of Eivissa. However, the party places are within reach, driving approximately 30 minutes by car or taxi. In the neighborhood there is a construction zone of a new hotel. On some days it might come to temporary noise. The prices per night are already adjusted accordingly. There is no construction work in the summer time (1st of June until 30th of September).
