In Costitx, in the heart of Mallorca, the 350 m² 'finca' Can Madís with a mountain view extends over 2 floors and is located on a spacious, 15,000 m² plot of land. The rural holiday home offers a light-flooded living room, a large dining room, a library with bookshelves as high as the ceiling, a very well-equipped kitchen with industrial charm, 4 bedrooms (3 of them with 2 single beds each) as well as 4 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a jacuzzi, a ping-pong table, satellite TV, a game console, a baby cot and a high chair. From one of the bedrooms on the 1st floor you have access to a furnished balcony, where you can round off mild summer evenings with a glass of full-bodied wine while enjoying the tranquillity. There is also a covered lounge area, 2 hammocks, a barbecue area and a large dining table under a shady awning. The absolute highlight, however, is the 72 m² pool, which is lined with loungers as well as parasols and provides for a refreshing dip on hot summer days. This property will fulfill every heart's desire! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 3 km or a 5-minute drive away. Due to the ideal location in the heart of Mallorca, beautiful beaches and bays of the different coastal sections of the island are only 30 km or a 30-minute drive away. If you like day trips, you can visit the nearby municipality of Inca. Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
