If there is a well-founded concern regarding a breach of house rules, the host may request access to inspect the property with prior notice. Guests are required by law to provide valid identification information for tourist registration before check-in. This applies to all staying guests, including any additional guests arriving later. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in cancellation of the stay without compensation, in accordance with local legal requirements. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left at the property before check-in or after check-out.
