Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel (in advance) of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel/property using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation.

Breakfast is served at Borda Aranzazu, not at the hotel.

Important information about payment:

The establishment will contact the client 2 weeks before the check-in day (Date where the option to cancel free of charge ends) in order to make the payment. The client will receive a secure payment link where he/she will be able to make the payment by credit card. If after 24 hours the guest has not paid or contacted the establishment, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
