I like to hand over the house as if it were my own, everything is impeccable.
I rent a detached 2-storey house of 60m², 30m² per floor in Santa Fe with Garage, 12km from Granada, 5km from Granada airport. Santa Fe is located 12 minutes by car from Granada, 40 minutes from Sierra Nevada and 40 minutes from the beach and surrounded by shops at street level. 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, 1 extra-large double bed and 1 double sofa bed. Ground floor: living room, kitchen-dining room island, bathroom 1st floor bedroom 30m² and bathroom with extra-large closet 90 euro per night All furniture, appliances, crockery, furniture etc brand new (see photos) 3 Samsung TVs: series 7 65" inch bedroom 1st floor 55 inches living room ground floor 43 inches kitchen ground floor 2 air conditioners of 4500 frigories, one air per floor. New professional hair dryer Washer/dryer Heating in bathrooms Samsung refrigerator with water dispenser Kitchen robot Intercom with camera Blender Toaster Iron and ironing board Latest generation vacuum cleaner Alexa echo show 15 smart screen + 15.6" remote control Nespresso coffee maker with coffee capsules Plates, glasses, cups Everything brand new.
Santa Fe is super quiet with all kinds of restaurants, tapas bars and supermarkets within walking distance, the square is a great 5 minute walk away with bars and the main street is full of shops and bars. Charming town, very quiet but full of life without any kind of noise. 12 minutes by car from the capital city of Granada. 40 minutes from the beach 40 minutes from Sierra Nevada
