The lovingly furnished apartment has a bedroom with 2 single beds, which are put together to form a large double bed. A large flat TV is also available in the bedroom (incl. all known streaming platforms). The living room is furnished with a large sofa with sleep function and of course also has a large flat TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer as well as an oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. The dining table is extendable and offers a lot of space. The bathroom has a large walk-in and barrier-free shower, as well as a bidet and a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. Wlan is available everywhere. The apartment is quiet but still centrally located. A small store for daily needs and fresh rolls is about 30m away. A playground is about 80m away. A Spar supermarket is also in the immediate vicinity.
