The establishment only admits children (0 to 12 years old) in private rooms accompanied by their parents or guardians. From the age of 3, the child must pay for a bed at an extra cost of 40% of the room price.

Minors under 18 are only admitted in private or shared rooms if traveling with their parents and guardians or with official authorization.

If a group reservation is made, the establishment will do its best to accommodate all guests in the same room. However, this is not always possible as the establishment is a hostel.

Towels are not included in shared dormitories; the guest can use their own or rent one at the reception.

Lockers do not have locks; the guest can use their own or purchase one at the reception.

A deposit of €10 is required for the key card.

Reservations of more than 6 people are not accepted.

Stays of more than 7 nights are not accepted.

The name on the credit card used for the reservation must match the name of the guest staying at the establishment. Guests who have booked through a third party must fill out an authorization form and present a copy of the ID and credit card of the cardholder.

Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
