Venezuelan-Spanish architects living in Madrid, lovers of travel and of knowing new places, of sharing with nice people and learning from other cultures. We have been living in Madrid for 7 years and every time we can, we take a break to get to know exciting places in Europe and the world. We like cinema and good music. We are very honest, responsible, meticulous and perfectionists.

Property information

Perfect for couples and young travelers. The location is unbeatable, you can visit the main tourist places of the city walking, without having to spend by metro or bus. Around there are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, bookstores, theaters and historical buildings, it has a lot of nightlife. A few minutes walk you will reach places like the Puerta del Sol, the Gran Vía, the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace ... And beyond you can reach the Puerta de Alcalá, the Plaza de Cibeles, the Prado Museum or the Museum Reina Sofía ... A few minutes away is also the tourist district of La Latina with its typical restaurants, and only two blocks away is the neighborhood of Chueca, with its places of atmosphere and its "march". It is located in the central hub of public transport in Madrid, next to the Gran Vía station and 2 minutes from the Metro / Tren de Sol station.
