It is about an entirely reformed building from the beginning of the XXth century, where you can feel the course of history, through its wooden original beams you can enjoy in our superior apartments. This building has been bombed during civil war, and all the floors got uneven due to the bombs. Nevertheless, the building stoically endured over the years, as well as Alicante residents.
This building has been declared historical and cultural heritage in Alicante, and it kept its original facade.
It is located in the heart of the historical city centre.
We are a team formed during several generations. We learn every day from each other, but especially hrough the deal with our guest, who is our best teacher.
I enjoy when I achieve to make our guests to feel special whan they come at Apartamentos Tito. I am a athlete (400 metre flat) and I use to travel to race in Spain and part of Europe. For this reason, I know that it is very important to find a good place to stay.

We are placed in the middle of the historical centre in town, nearby Nativity Scene Museum, Convent of the Blood Sisters, Co-Cathedral of Saint Nicholas of Bari, Garrigós Wells, Postiguet Beach and a lot of different shops, markets, bars and restaurants.
Please note that check-in takes place from 16:00 to 22:00. Early check-in (before 16:00) or late check-in (after 22:00) are possible for an extra charge of EUR 20 and are subject to availability.
Please note that check-out takes place until 11:00. Late check-out (after 11:00) is possible for an extra charge per hour, and is subject to availability. All charges will be made to the card used for the deposit.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. A check-in code will be provided to access the apartment.
Extra cleaning is available for EUR 30.
Please note, parking should be confirmed before arrival. The historic centre has restricted vehicle access, reserved only for residents. Please call before entering the centre by car to confirm parking is available and to register your number plate. Failure to do so could result in a fine.
