Pets are accepted under request. An extra charge of EUR 18€ per day applies.

Pets are only allowed in designated rooms located on the main floor of the hotel; they are not permitted on other floors.

Pets must always be accompanied by their owners and may never be left alone in the room, except when owners remain inside the property and are fully reachable.

Pets may only be in common areas if kept inside a carrier or bag.

Owners are solely responsible for any damage or loss caused by their pet.

Owners must clean up after their pet at all times.

Please note that use of the spa service will incur an additional cost. The minimum age to access the spa is 8 years old.

Please note that for the use of the spa, it is mandatory to wear a cap and flip-flops.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
