New pet policy at our Coral Teide Mar.
Deposit of 25 €/per room/stay for guests who bring their pet with them to our hotel.
At the same time we would like to remind you that only one pet per room is allowed and only a dog or a cat (no other animal) with a maximum weight of 4,5 kg.
Your pet will be received in our establishment as long as the request has been made previously, being you aware of the following rules:
. You are responsible for any type of incident in relation to your pet. If material damage occurs due to the pet, you are responsible for the costs arising from this cause.
. To clean the studio, the pet must be outside during the service. This service does not include the collection and cleaning of dirt caused by their physiological needs.
. The dog cannot enter the public facilities of the hotel such as swimming pool, gardens, bars, etc.
. The dog can never be left alone in the room, the dog must be accompanied in the room all the time.
. You should keep your pet it on a leash whenever you leave the room, never let it loose.
. It must be a calm animal that does not disturb other customers with barking or meowing.
. A current and up-to-date vaccination certificate of the pet must be provided on arrival at the hotel.
From May 1, 2023 we are going to start charging for all pets in Teide Mar (€25 deposit + €5 per day for stays up to 14 nights and for clients with longer stays €3 per day (to be paid on arrival at Hotel)
